2021 Adult Membership Registration

You MUST have a valid 2021 Membership in order to participate in any of the leagues offered by the Mississauga Ultimate Club.

Enjoy our 2021 ridiculously low membership fee of $20.

Junior members will need to upload a signed copy of our Parental Release Waiver before they can complete their Junior Membership.
