Sauga Touring Teams
U19 Junior Women and Open
What is Sauga?
Ready to take your game to the next level? MissUC offers U19 rep programs in both the Junior Open and Junior Women divisions. Also called “Touring”, our teams train and compete in the spring and summer at various regional, provincial, and potentially national tournaments. Players will get a chance to develop their skills, improve their fitness, and most importantly, have fun.
Open to players born in 2008 and later, teams will practice twice a week and travel to 1-2 tournaments a month to compete with others in their age and gender group. We offer trained coaches with years of playing experience to help your child get the most out of their potential.
Depending on registration, we will try to offer other programs such as a second development team and/or U16 programs. There are also alternatives such as Practice Roster positions where players can attend all practices if they can’t make tournaments. As part of our mission to offer as many playing opportunities as possible, we will endeavour to find options to play for players of various ages and skill levels. So please tell all your friends about us and have them come to tryouts!
Practices
Practices take place Mondays and Wednesdays at John Fraser High School from 6:30 to sundown.
Players are expected to be cleated and on the field by 6:25.
