Playing info for 2026

• Format: HAT League with a mixed 7v7 format
• Level: All levels of Experience
• Age: 19+ or 16+ with parental consent
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome! 
• Duration: 10 Weeks per season; 2 seasons
  • Season 1: Mid-November to Mid-January
  • Season 2: Late February to Early April
• Time: Sunday Evenings 
• Location: Mentor College (40 Forest Ave, Mississauga, ON L5G 1L1)
