Playing info for Pickup League 

• Format: Pick-up League with a mixed 7v7 format
• Level: All levels of Experience
• Age: 16+ or 12+ with parental consent
• Inclusivity: All players are welcome!
• Duration: 15 weeks from the late-May to late-August
• Time: Mondays 6:45 PM - 9 PM

In a Pickup League, you will be assigned to a team on the night of the game. Every player should bring a light jersey and a dark jersey to each game, as they could be assigned to either team (Or even switch teams halfway into the game). This year, we will alternate the gender assignments each week to the teams – some weeks the games will be mixed, some weeks the games will be women only and open only. Games should start by 6:45 and go until a team reaches 17 points or it becomes too dark to play safely.
