2023 Late Season Adult Membership Registration
You MUST have a valid 2023 Membership in order to participate in any of the leagues offered by the Mississauga Ultimate Club.
For members starting their MissUC participation in 2023, a reduced membership fee of $10 is an option, valid until March 31, 2023.
Junior members will need to upload a signed copy of our Parental Release Waiver before they can complete their Junior Membership.
