2025 SAUGA SURGE [Junior Touring Teams] FIRST PAYMENT

The fee to join the 2025 SAUGA SURGE Junior Touring Teams is $700 (including tax). The $700 fee includes practices twice a week, uniforms and at least three tournaments.

This registration is for both the boys team and the girls team. 

To be a member of a Junior Touring Team, the player is required to have a MissUC Membership (Youth or Adult). Signed waivers are also required, and they may have been signed during the Tryout Registration.  If not, you will be asked to complete them here.

We are accepting the payments in two installments.  Use this registration to complete the first installment of $350 before May 24.

The second installment of $350 will be due by June 15.
