2023 Youth Membership Registration

 

The 2023 JUNIOR Membership is for athetes under 18 years of age at the time of their registration.

You MUST have a valid 2023 Membership (Regular or Junior) in order to participate in any of the leagues offered by the Mississauga Ultimate Club.

Enjoy our Membership low fee of $20.

Junior members will need to have a parent read and complete the Parental Release and Responsible Adult Permission Questionaire

2023 Youth (YUM U14 Learn to Play participant) Membership Feb 20, 2023 12:00PM Jan 5, 2024 11:59PM No FREE

This membership is designed specifically for U14 Learn to Play clinic members that have already paid their membership dues as part of their participation in the 2023 YUM U14 Learn To Play programs. 

This membership registration is required in order to participate in activities outside of the YUM program, because there is a "Responsible Adult Designation" Questionnaire that MUST be completed by all members under the age of 18 before participating in any MissUC event.

The Membership fee for the April 2023 to March 2024 season is $20,  With that membership you receive benefits derived from MissUC's membership with Ontario Ultimate, as well as medical insurance coverage applicable should you require therapy due to an injury sustained while playing in a MissUC event.  For a description of the coverage that is offered through Ontario Ultimate, please click here. 

To become a member of MissUC, you must agree to a MissUC waiver, an Ontario Ultimate waiver and pay the required fee. In addiiton, if you are under the age of 18, you must submit a parental permission form which includes the identification of a Responsible Adult.

You cannot register for any events until you are logged on to the site. The system can help you recover forgotten passwords or create a new profile (and user ID with password) if you are new to the MissUC site.
